You will need open ssh to do this
(And yes your iphone/ipod must be jailbroken)

1. Plugin iphone/ipod and open ssh into your device

2. Go to aplications/cydia.app
(Not var/mobile/applications)

3. Unzip the package.js file in the zip file you downloaded

4. Drag the package.js into the cydia.app folder and replace.

5. Your done

Now there should be no anoying ads when you browse cydia apps and it should run a lot faster.

WARNING!
This loads the app from cydia instantly but doesn’t allow you to view screenshots and extra info
I will try and find a fix for this.
